Osteopath at Work

Welcome to Osteopathy

TREATMENT YOU CAN COUNT ON

Osteopathy is an established system of diagnosis and treatment, which lays its main emphasis on the structural integrity of the body.

An osteopath’s job is to diagnose and treat faults that occur in the mechanical function of the musculo-skeletal system. These faults may occur due to injury, illness, stress, incorrect posture and many other varied factors.

ABOUT US

We provide a range of specialised treatments for back pain, neck pain and all other joint pain. Working with the body as a whole and not just focusing on the problem area leads to long term recovery. With clinics in Brighton and Crawley why don't you give us a call and see what we can do for you.

OSTEOPATHY QUALIFICATIONS & REGULATION

Osteopathy is one of only two Complementary and Alternative Medicines (CAMs) that are regulated under UK law. This regulation works in much the same way as regulation for medical doctors.

Regulation

Under the terms of the Osteopaths Act 1993, only people registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) can practise Osteopathy and call themselves Osteopaths.

The GOsC will only accept registration from practitioners who have a qualification in Osteopathy that is recognised by the GOsC and who comply with their standards of practice.
